Privacy policy
Short version. This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts or fonts, and has no forms. Our products do not send your data to us. We only handle personal data when you write to us or buy something.
1. Who we are
Dobriedela is operated by FOP Ihor Aleksandrin, 70 Ispanska St., Kharkiv, 61205, Ukraine (“we”, “us”), the controller of personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].
2. This website
- No cookies, no local storage, no tracking pixels, no analytics, no advertising.
- No external fonts, CDNs or embedded third-party content. Everything is served from our own domain.
- No accounts and no web forms. The only way to reach us is email.
- The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, it processes technical request data (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect the service. We do not use this data to identify you and we do not enable Cloudflare’s analytics products for this site.
3. When you email us
If you write to [email protected], we process your email address, your message and anything you attach, to answer you and to keep a record of the support request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, and performance of a contract if you are a customer. We keep support emails as long as needed to resolve the request and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Our mailbox is hosted by a third-party email provider acting on our behalf.
4. When you buy
Purchases are handled by the storefront or payment provider you buy from: Etsy (templates), Paddle as merchant of record (Pro license keys for add-ons and extensions), or Telegram (Stars). They process your payment details under their own privacy policies; we never see your card number. We receive the order information we need to deliver the product, send you a license key and handle refunds and support: typically your email address, country, product, price and order number. Legal basis: performance of the contract and our legal obligations (tax and accounting). We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
5. Our products
We do not run analytics or telemetry in our products. In short:
- Templates are files. They contain no code that connects to the internet. Your data stays in the file, on your device or in your own Google or Microsoft account.
- Google Workspace add-ons and Chrome extensions run inside your Google account or browser. We do not operate a server that receives your documents, sheets or browsing data. License keys are verified offline; a key contains the product, plan, expiry date and a one-way hash of the purchase email, not the address itself.
- Telegram bots store the settings and data they need to work (for example chat settings, reminders or subscription status) in our hosting account, and nothing else. Each bot’s policy says exactly what.
Each product has its own policy with the specifics, including the Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use) statements for add-ons. See section 12.
6. Who receives data
Only providers that help us run the service: website hosting (Cloudflare), email hosting, and the storefronts and payment providers above (Etsy, Paddle, Telegram). We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
7. International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland. Where they do, they rely on safeguards required by law, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR and the UK GDPR you can ask us for access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where processing relies on your consent you can withdraw it at any time. To use a right, email [email protected]; we reply within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority. For the EU that is the authority of the country where you live; for the UK it is the ICO.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We keep access to our mailbox, hosting and payment dashboards limited and protected.
10. Children
Our site and products are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, say so on this page.
12. Product-specific policies
These policies add the details for each product. They apply together with this general policy.
