Terms of use
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms apply to your purchase and use of the digital products listed on dobriedela.com (the “Products”): spreadsheet templates, Google Workspace add-ons, Chrome extensions and Telegram bots. The seller is FOP Ihor Aleksandrin, 70 Ispanska St., Kharkiv, 61205, Ukraine, trading as Dobriedela. Contact: [email protected].
You may buy a Product through a storefront (for example Etsy, the Google Workspace Marketplace, the Chrome Web Store or Telegram) or through a payment provider. The storefront’s or provider’s own terms also apply to that transaction. Paddle acts as merchant of record for Pro license keys, and its buyer terms apply to those payments.
2. Licence
When you buy or install a Product we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it, as follows.
- Templates: use for one business (yourself or your company), for any number of clients and jobs. You may edit the template for your own use.
- Add-ons, extensions and bots: use under your own account and on your own devices. A Pro key licenses the person or business that bought it.
- Not allowed: reselling, sharing, giving away, publishing or redistributing a Product, a license key or any copy of them, in whole or in part, edited or not; uploading them to a marketplace; selling a product that is based on ours; removing or bypassing license checks; reverse engineering except where the law allows it despite this term.
The copyright and other rights in the Products stay with us.
3. License keys
After you buy a Pro plan from us we send a license key to the email address used for the purchase. Keep it private. Keys are verified inside the Product without contacting a server, so we cannot see where you use one. We may stop honouring, in future versions, a key that was refunded, charged back or published. If you lose a key, write to us with your order details and we will send it again.
4. Updates and changes
We may release updates, change features or discontinue a Product. We do not promise a release schedule. A one-time purchase covers the Product as sold and the updates we choose to release for that version; it does not entitle you to new, separate Products.
5. Acceptable use
Use the Products lawfully. You are responsible for how you use them, including compliance with anti-spam and data-protection laws when you send messages to other people (for example reminder emails or Telegram messages), and with the terms of Google, Microsoft, Telegram, Etsy and any other platform you use together with the Product.
6. No professional advice
Products that handle prices, fees, taxes or VAT are calculation aids. They are not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice. Fee schedules, tax rates and rules change and differ by country; the values in a Product are examples or were checked on the date shown in the Product. Check them with the platform, your tax authority or an accountant before you rely on them.
7. Warranty and liability
Products are provided “as is”. We test them, but we cannot test every version of every application, browser or platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or business, wrongly issued invoices or tax errors resulting from use of a Product, and our total liability for a Product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or your statutory consumer rights.
8. Refunds
See the refund policy.
9. Privacy
See the privacy policy and the policy of the Product you use.
10. Third-party names
Google, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Chrome, Microsoft Excel, Etsy, Telegram, TikTok and other names are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to describe compatibility and are not affiliated with or endorsed by their owners.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here with its date applies to purchases made after that date.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
