Privacy Policy - Freelancer & Micro-Agency Financial Model
Last updated: 2026-11-04. Version 1.0.0.
Seller: FOP Ihor Aleksandrin, 70 Ispanska St., Kharkiv, 61205, Ukraine; contact: [email protected]. This text is written for the product as built in version 1.0.0 and is not legal advice. If you serve customers in the EU/UK, have it checked against GDPR / UK GDPR requirements for your situation.
1. Short version
The spreadsheet does not collect, send or store any data about you or your clients anywhere. It has no analytics, no tracking, no macros, no scripts, no add-ons and makes no internet connections of its own. Everything you type stays in your copy of the file.
2. What the product is
An .xlsx spreadsheet template, a sample file and a PDF guide. The workbook runs inside Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets on your own device or account. The seller has no access to your copy.
3. Data you enter
You may type business details, your income, rates, costs, team member names and pay, client names and fees, and cash balances into the template. This is your data, and some of it (pay, client names) may be personal data of other people:
- It is stored only in the file you keep (on your computer, in your OneDrive/Google Drive or wherever you save it).
- The seller never receives it and cannot see it.
- You are responsible for handling it lawfully (for example, having a legal basis for keeping employee or contractor pay data, keeping it secure, sharing the file only with people who should see it, deleting it when it is no longer needed).
If you open the file in Google Sheets, Google's own terms and privacy policy apply to how Google handles your document. If you use Microsoft Excel or OneDrive, Microsoft's terms and privacy policy apply. The seller does not control those services.
4. Data the seller handles when you buy
When you buy through a marketplace (for example Gumroad or Etsy), the marketplace processes your order, payment and contact details under its own privacy policy. The seller receives only what the marketplace shows to sellers (typically your name or email, order details and the messages you send). The seller uses this data only to deliver the product, answer your questions and comply with legal obligations (such as tax records), and does not sell it or use it for advertising. The seller keeps order and message records only as long as needed for those purposes or as required by law.
5. Sample file
The sample file contains invented demo data (a fictional studio, people, clients and amounts). It does not contain real people's data.
6. Children
The product is a business tool and is not directed at children.
7. Your rights and contact
Because the seller holds no data from the spreadsheet itself, there is nothing to access or delete there. For questions about order-related data held by the seller, or to exercise your data-protection rights, contact [email protected]. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.
8. Changes
If a later version of the product adds any feature that sends data anywhere, this policy will be updated first and the change will be described in the product listing.
