Privacy notice: Tutor OS (digital Notion template)
1. What the product is. Tutor OS is a Notion template. It has no website, app, script, analytics or server of its own. The seller does not receive any of the data you enter into your copy.
2. Data the seller handles. Only what is needed to deliver the order and give support: the data that the shop platform (for example Etsy) passes on, such as your name, e-mail and order details, and messages you send to [email protected]. The platform has its own privacy notice and is the controller for the payment and account data it collects. The seller uses this data only to deliver the order, answer your questions and meet legal duties (for example bookkeeping), and keeps it as long as the law requires.
3. The published template link. The link in the PDF points to a Notion Site page with the template and fictional demo data only. Visiting it is subject to Notion's privacy policy. The seller does not see who opens it.
4. Your data inside your Notion copy. Students' names, contact details, parent contacts, lesson notes, feedback, homework and payment records are stored by Notion in your workspace, not by the seller. You decide who has access. You are responsible for lawful handling of your students' data, including data about minors and parents (for example consent, retention, access rules). Tip: do not enter more data than you need, and do not share your workspace pages publicly.
5. No sharing, no sale. The seller does not sell your data and does not share it with third parties except platform and payment providers that process the order.
6. Your rights. Under data protection law (for example GDPR in the EU) you can ask for access, correction or deletion of the order data the seller holds: write to [email protected].
